Villa in Porto Rafti, GR

(2026 - In Construction)

Perched on a gentle coastal rise in Porto Rafti, this villa fuses modern minimalism with Mediterranean warmth to create a residence where sightlines, sunlight, and sea are choreographed as one.

Site and Approach

A discreet forecourt and a shaded portico welcome visitors. The approach uses local limestone paving and a single sculptural olive tree as an axis, framing the first glimpse of mountain beyond.

Architecture and Materials

The composition is a study in balance: crisp volumetric planes, deep overhangs, and recessed terraces combine with warm materials—honed concrete, pale stucco, honed local stone, and sustainably sourced oak—to feel contemporary without negating regional character. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens principal rooms to the terrace and sea, while recessed sunscreens and adjustable timber louvers modulate light and privacy. Roof forms are low and flat with planted sections that reduce thermal gain and integrate the house into the hillside.

Outdoor Life

Outdoor living is integral: an expansive shaded veranda runs the length of the main elevation, with multiple seating clusters, an al fresco dining terrace, and an outdoor kitchen. Steps lead down to a sun terrace and an infinity pool.

We bring creativity and expertise to everything we do.
